TIWARIJI'S WORKSHOPS 2010

Tiwariji is going away for a year of spiritual retreat to the Himalayas.This retreat is for his personal practice and study of Scriptures. It is also the Fourth Stage of the Hindu Ashram system called : Vanaprashtha.

In his absence Tiwariji has authorized his daughter,Vartika Dubey, to teach Pranayama.She will be available to teach for various workshops.
